PlayStation 4 to get 3D support on next update.

Today Sony announced that there will be an update (1.75) coming to the PS4 next week.

This is the most recent update that includes enhanced features since Aprils’ update.

The biggest addition to the new features is 3D support for the Blu-ray players. Originally the PlayStation 4 released with no support for 3D, and while never talking about future sense, Sony never objected to the idea when asked.

In April, Sony gave its consumers ShareFactory. That feature enabled gamers to record their gameplay and edit on the console itself. While it has many benefits, PlayStation 4 gamers have given quite a mixed review on its’ reliability.

While an update is an update, it gives a sense of having a rushed update due to the lack of consistent, forward feeling updates.
