Let’s start by clearing up some confusion….
If you have preordered a Collector’s Edition, that edition will be available to pickup on November 3rd with the Day Zero content included. If you preorder Digitally, the game will be available to start playing November 3rd with said content. A list of FAQ’s can be found below about this.
DAY ZERO EDITION:
Pre-order the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Day Zero Edition to receive:
– 24 hour EARLY access
– Advanced Arsenal featuring the Bullet Brass exoskeleton and EM1 Quantum directed energy weapon
– Two custom weapons, the AK-12G Assault Rifle and CROSSBOW-B2
– Double XP on November 3rd
This morning we were also given a lot of new details about the new Exoskeleton. Here’s all the info you need:
Those of you familiar with the ‘pick 10’ system from Black Ops 2 for your load out customization you will love the ‘pick 13’ system. Runs on the same principle so it will feel familiar and easy to use.
From Day One you will have access to 12 multiplayer modes ranging from some of our old favourites to some completely new modes.

Here is a list of FAQ’s from Call of Duty to help you better understand how this will work in conjunction with your current pre-order:
1. If I pre-order Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, will I get the Day Zero Edition?
By pre-ordering you are qualified to purchase a Day Zero Edition unit at participating retailers on November 3. However, day zero edition quantities are limited, and availability is subject to demand and inventory at retailer locations. If the day zero edition is not available at your retailer, you may receive a pre-order refund from the retailer if you wish, or you may purchase a launch unit and obtain a code to download all of the day zero edition special content (and you can get started playing advanced warfare early).
2. If I have already pre-ordered Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, will I get the Day Zero Edition?
All pre-order customers are eligible to purchase a day zero edition unit, subject to availability as discussed above.
3. What comes with the Day Zero Edition?
In addition to early access to the game, the Day Zero Edition features two custom weapons, the ak-12g assault rifle and crossbow-b2, and players who pick up the Day Zero Edition will be able to level up quickly with double XP all day on November 3rd. Finally, the Day Zero Edition also includes the advanced arsenal featuring the bullet brass exoskeleton and em1 quantum directed energy weapon.
4. Will the Day Zero Edition be available on both current gen and next gen platforms?
Yes. The Day Zero Edition will be available for Xbox 360, Xbox one, Playstation 3, Playstation 4 and PC.
5. Will Day Zero early access and custom weapons be available on collector’s editions of the game?
Yes, the collector’s editions will also be available on November 3rd, and will contain everything that comes with the Day Zero Edition.
6. Will I be able to play all modes of the game on November 3rd?
Yes. All modes will be playable on November 3rd.
7. Where can I get the Day Zero Edition?
Check with your retailer to see if they will carry Day Zero Edition.
8. What if I have pre-ordered a digital version of the game?
If you have pre-ordered a digital version of the game, you will be able to begin playing on November 3rd, and will get also get all of the Day Zero Edition special content. Please check with your digital download retailer for pre-loading details.
