The confirmed line up for the EGX London Gaming Event

So we all know that we have the Tokyo Game Show and PAX just around the corner but were you aware that the EGX is also only weeks away?

EGX is the ‘UK’s Biggest and Best Games Show’ and is being held from September 25th through till September 28th.

So far the games confirmed that will be playable on the floor are:

  • Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel (2K Games)

  • Driveclub (Sony Computer Entertainment)

  • Fable Legends (Microsoft Studios)
  • Forza Horizon 2 (Microsoft Studios)
  • Halo: The Master Chief Collection (Microsoft Studios)
  • LittleBigPlanet 3 (Sony Computer Entertainment)
  • Nosgoth (Square Enix)
  • Project Spark (Microsoft Studios)
  • Sunset Overdrive (Microsoft Studios)
  • The Evil Within (Bethesda)

EGX

Game designers will also be holding various face-to-face sessions where they will present their current and upcoming projects. These sessions will also be streamed live at: EGX Twitch channel.

As always there will also be a strong cosplay focus with a center stage focus on masquerades with prizes, and panel sessions covering all aspects of cosplay.

 

There will also be a variety of tournaments and competitions with prizes being held at the event. EGX advises that they are “planning to build an entire stage dedicated to fighting games and you should also expect the return of the hugely popular Minecraft Hunger Games tournament area managed by our friends at Multiplay.”

 

Retro Gaming will yet again also have a large focus with a stand dedicated to 30 years of video gaming. There will be a variety of retro gaming consoles on hand for you to game on so you can relive those years that shaped the gamer you have grown into today.
