The best part of the announced DLC is that the developer of the highly anticipated game has declared a pack of 16 DLC will be free. From what we know is that there is a grand total of 16 planned that will consist of everything from cosmetic changes, to additional armors and even some missions included. These DLCs will come in bundle packs starting on March 4th and another releasing on March 11th.
Temerian Armor Set: Which looks to include new equipable armor pieces as well as saddlebags to expand your characters inventory.
Alternate Look for Yennefer: A re-skin for the sorceress Yennefer of Vengerberg.
Beard and Hairstyle Set: New unique styles of hairstyles and facial hair to change on Geralt of Rivia
Additional Quest: A contract for Missing Miners for the Skellige village.

CD Projekt Red does state that no special purchase is necessary to obtain the free DLC, special edition nor pre-order editions. So if you have the game, you can get the DLC.
