Weekly Releases for the week of June 8th

It's another week, lets see what is in store for gamers!

This list entails releases for North America and does not include all releases, just the ones that caught our eye.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited – June 9

With nearly a years’ delay, The Elder Scrolls MMO finally makes its way to the consoles with a completely new structuring. No longer with the monthly subscription fee, TESO has moved to a free to play game that will allow players to explore all of the current content and obtain everything in game without having to shell out a dime. Of course, you can make purchases for cosmetic upgrades and potions, but again, these items are all obtainable without the purchase. With the many changes to the game, are you ready to take on the fight for Cyrodiil?

*Do not forget that you can pick up the Adventurers’ Pack by pre-ordering the game. This will allow you to play as any race in any faction. You can also get the Imperial Edition and play as the Imperial race, among other early bonus items.

LEGO Jurassic World – June 12

Not only is one of the hottest summer blockbusters coming to theaters soon, but also a LEGO inspired game featuring the movie is due this Tuesday. The game does follow the storylines of not just Jurassic World, but also the first three movies as well. An added benefit is that this game was made alongside TellTale games; the same folks who make your favorite Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Wolf Among Us and Tales from the Borderlands games. Add this cooped with the infamous LEGO puzzles, this seems like a match made in heaven. Just remember, stay out of the velociraptor pit.

The Adventures of Pip – June 11

Take on a new rogue-like, pixel animated game featuring the 32-bit era. Here you will play as an unlikely hero, destined for greatness as you attempt to save a kidnapped princess from the evil Skeleton Queen. However cliché this may sound, it gets better as with an additional perk, Pip can absorb the pixels of his fallen enemies to gain power; all thanks to the ghost of a fallen knight named Sir William.

Also releasing this week:

Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy [PS Vita]

Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure [3DS]
